"Embassy Suites does not have a designated parking lot. There are free lots but I was attending the Bob Dylan concert (sold out) and the Rockford IceHogs hockey team were playing. I prepaid at the Concourse Parking Garage which is .4 miles away from the Embassy. The venue hosting the concert said finding parking would be competitive. I was glad to get parking close and my stay was wonderful at the Embassy Suites. The rooms are beautiful, quiet, clean & the staff was very nice. They have two restaurants. There are very few place to eat between the theatre and hotel. They have a breakfast which is included and the dining area is very clean and you are not cramped in sitting next to everyone-lots of space. This was a very good experience and went well with the excellent concert."

"They dont seem to clean the hotel. Dirty bathroom, hair in sink and on floor. Trash still in room at check in. Hotel in general is dated and needs a makeover. Ended up leaving and not staying.. Wont be back."

"I was missing there the regular fruits juce dispenser, which is a standard part of regular breakfast in all ather motels or hotels. Therefore I gave it only four stars. Everything else was super. "

"The hotel has been under renovation since my last stay August 2025.. not impressed finding this out upon arrival. Woke up to noise construction every morning. T"

"The room had only sheers covering the window. No privacy at night. There was also a bright light shining up to show the building that made it impossible to have a dark room (even with a blanket drapes across it!). The walls are thin (I could hear the room next door snoring). The internet connection is open (no security) and poor. It worked for only a few hours of the afternoon of the whole me stay (no bad weather to blame it on, beautiful day). The TV remote wouldn't turn on the TV. The hot tub keys were weak and not very many of them. The staff was great!"

"Simply the BEST stay! Tony and Beth are the kindest hosts! The space is cozy and intimate; perfect for special occasions. My husband and I have had the privilege of staying here 3 times, and this will always be one of our favorite spots for a getaway! We highly recommend this gem! "

"The proerty manager had several rooms on the 2nd floor with unsupervised kids in it who ran in and out of the rooms banging the doors as they ran through the halls, playing."
