"They staff was great and the facility was clean "

"Had to get our key fixed each day we stayed, we would head out for the day to come back & our keys would not work. An "emergency exit" door had no lock or latch so any one could come and go. The entire first floor ceiling in the hallway looked to be falling apart. The pool/hot tub was completely out of order. The room itself had tape stuck to sections of the wall. The fridge had what looked to be indents from being punched. The floor had stains & burn marks. On the back of the door there was no safety lock attachment. Many parts of the hotel smelled of urine. The pictures of the hotel on here were not accurate to what we ended up with."

"24 hr shuttle is reliable on the half hour. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our family appreciates the extended layout with the sitting area and pullout bed. Breakfast is good. Park and fly is available. Not super fancy but near an industrial business area. Cascade station is a few minutes away by car for shopping dining and transportation. Comfortable and reliable for repeat stays near the airport. "

"The aroma was pleasant but had a dirty look such as the wall paper piling from the walls and carpet warn and needed cleaning. The room was surprisingly nice. "
