"The desk clerk of this property was very kind but the property, and especially the rooms were far from what was expected for $$$ we paid. The room smelled of mildewed sheets and dog dander. The beds slanted - not setting properly on bed frames. Sofa cushions sank into the frames and tiles chipped and lacked grouting in the bathrooms. We actually packed the car an hour after check in and didn’t even stay the night. We called the front desk and advised we left from the road, driving all night to our next destination. I highly recommend choosing a different property. This one just didn’t meet the mark at all for the $$$."

"Overall would recommend and would stay again. We came for a graduation at Gonzaga and looked at hotels close to the school and most were easily double the price so we stayed in Cheney. Loved the building check-in is a breeze loved it. Very clean. If I could suggest anything it would be a vanity or something for the bedrooms we all had to crowd the bathroom sink to do makeup because the rooms didn't have any place to do that. If you are looking for a super clean easy affordable place to stay in a small cute town look no further."

"The side door that was supposed to be locked, wasn't. The swimming pool was ok but the door into it was all messed up. The hot tub was warm but no bubbles. Staff were nice but did not keep people's voices down in the lobby until after midnight."

"Older motel, but nicely updated, clean, and quiet; had all the usual amenities and I appreciated that nothing had a strong fragrance. Check-in was easy."

"There were transients sitting in front of doors smoking cigarettes, the walk up to the third floor had the most hideous odor and there was vomit on 2 of the room doors. It was just a disgusting experience. I'm not one to to even take time to write a review, but this was deserving to hopefully save someone from our experience. This was worse than you get what you pay for. "
