Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We were transferred to another RedDoorz Hotel. It took about 5 hours for us to be settled. The guest was so drenched in water since it was raining that time and he was riding a big bike then. Now he is down with flu. Thank you RedDoorz for the way you “take care” of your guests. You don’t even care for as long as you’re being paid for.
