"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "We had a very nice room on the second floor that had river and the castle view. The hotel is modern and seemed recently renovated. Everything is clean and staff are nice and helpful. It is not in the town center, but just 2-3 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Parking is available at the back of the hotel for a small fee. The only drawback is that it had no air conditioning. Even then, I still love the hotel"
