"It was a great stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing was the ants in the room and the slow toilet flush. But overall a great stay with our baby.
The buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff was again very friendly. The view of the beach was great and a lot of food nearby and massages! Will visit again."

"While the property was absolutely beautiful, the customer service and and hospitality were lacking. I find it confusing to see so many raving reviews, yet our experience was so different. It felt like all the attention went to building a beautiful 5 star resort, but there was no staff training to create the experience you’d expect at a place this nice. We sat at the pool for about 20mins and were handed our menus (There was only 2 other people at the pool this entire time). After about 40+ mins we realized no one was coming back to take our order. We had to walk to 3 separate restos/bar because no one seemed"
"The wife and I came here as part of our honeymoon. The staff, owner (Mike), and others on the resort were amazing. Very clean, organized, the food was top notch. We ate 15/18 meals of our 6 day stay there, and regretted the other meals we didn’t eat on the resort. The free breakfast was a bonus & they even offer sandwiches for free if you are leaving before or can’t make the breakfast time. If I could rate it 6/5 stars, I would. "
