"뜨거운 물 안나옵니다. 호텔 조식 조리 대기 시간이 너무 길고 주문 누락도 잦습니다. 리조트 자체는 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절하긴 하지만, 온수가 안나오는 게 치명적이고, 개미랑 지네가 많습니다. 팡라오 시내랑 좀 멀어서 툭툭이 잡기 힘듭니다."

"When we arrived there was no sign of life and no sign to say this was the property, eventually a guard opened the gate and said they were fully booked and had no record of our booking. He did get the owner on the phone but the signal was bad and we were unable to get any sense from him. We had to call another taxi and find alternative accommodation. This property is in the middle of nowhere! I am currently trying to get a refund from Expedia."

"The place was OK. 1. The showerhead was broken so that was not great. 2. The "pool" is not actually a pool its just a decoration. Only like 2 ft deep. 3. The restaurant is vegan. Stupid idea. You can't even get an egg there. "
