You get what you pay for (bed, shower/toilet) and small room. The staff were extremely polite & helpful. Security gate made our stay feel safe. Close to Fannie Bay restaurants & Parap markets which was handy. Comfy bed & clean sheets. Shower was old & stained but clean. Thanks for fitting us in at last minute.

Friendly staff, but property was old and not well maintained. Springs poked through the mattress, and my wife got some bites whilst sitting on the small chair in the room. Good location, close to beach and Yacht club. Overall, would not recommend it.

The property is old but maintened well. The only issue was cockroaches, but hard to manage in Darwin & not unreasonable to see some. Owner/Manager helpful and accommodating. Good value for the price.
