"The property is a bit dated, but it was still a decent overnight stay. The staff who entertained us at check in and check out were all helpful and lovely. About the room… there was a distinct smell when we entered the room for the first time and I didn’t quite like it. I think it’s the scent of the toiletries (cucumber) mixed in with a little staleness/dampness (maybe it’s because it’s a jacuzzi room?). Regardless, it’s still visually clean. Washroom could use some updating since the shower area is smaller than average that a taller/bigger person could have some difficulty with the cramped space. Heater/AC emit some noise when running since it’s also an older model. Other than these, I don’t have other concerns. It’s walking distance from the hotel to Clifton Hill and the Falls so it’s in a very good location. Plenty of parking space but maybe because it’s currently shoulder season. It’s also the cheapest we could find at the time of booking, so I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, it was an okay stay and I would rate it as average. Most of the time, I was outside doing activities and I was only at the hotel to sleep 😄 I don’t think I will be back for another stay as I want to experience a fancier hotel for the next time when I have budget. Definitely suggest that the hotel could do some upgrades for the future. The furnishings are also old and need replacement (e.g. mattress, carpet)."

"Had a very relaxing stay at the Sheraton Fallsview! It’s very close to the falls & right within the fun area in Niagara Falls. I also enjoyed my Spa days there. I’d definitely come back again in the future!"

"Shower was on the verge of broken, air conditioning was on life support. Fridge slightly below room temp, no ice box. Ice only available in basement. Only a single small elevator for guest use. Basement has a mildew/pool smell. Rooms are dated and there is some legacy dirt that around the edges of walls/doors/floors. The place generally feels cheap and unclean. There is a $25 charge for parking in their mostly empty lot that is not disclosed in the Expedia listing but charged in advance anyways even if you select pay at property. My room wasn't ready when I arrived, nor at 3pm when I was told it would be and the staff initially asked me to wait in the lobby until it was, but quickly gave me a different room on another floor when I pressed. The pool didn't look great. The complimentary breakfast requires registration and someone to check you in. Waffle machine is cool. Eggs not great. Sausages about average. Coffee above average. Long story short, probably won't be back. Not necessarily the fault of the staff. Feels like bad a management/landlord/owner situation."

"First time at this hotel …. Our experience was great! Room was perfect! Managers and workers all super accommodating! Pool and hot tub was relaxing! We booked for 4 nights and had the breakfast vouchers … only downfall was about the vouchers …it seemed inconsistent with what we were able to get and not get each day when the buffet wasn’t running ( even though the vouchers said on them what was included) overall very satisfied and will definitely return to this hotel in the future :) "
