"I had a terrible experience with Natura Gardens. I arrived at 2:30 pm to find no one there and no information on checking in or how to contact anyone. I waited 2 hours and then walked up the road to find help. I found a man who made a phone call and said someone would be over shortly. I returned to the hotel and after 45 minutes a couple showed up. "An amazing place to stay. The staff are super friendly and nice, while the hotel garden is as good as any botanical garden, with plenty of turtles and lizards. A bit far from the town, but takes 7$ and 20 min to get there, so not an issue."
