"I stayed at this hotel for about a week for work. Although there are some minor inconveniences with the facilities, I think it was a good hotel overall."

"Overall, the hotel is well-maintained and clean. It is only a 4 minute walk from the U station, which is very convenient and surrounded by what it looks to be corporate buildings. If you are looking for easy access to restaurants and cafes, the area may not be ideal. The room was very spacious with upgraded appliances. They carried the brand called Rituals shampoo, body wash, and handwash, which I enjoyed using. The staff was also amazing. I left my phone in one of the tour guide's van and felt very powerless. The person who seemed to be in charge for that evening stayed behind and helped me track the tour guide and contact them. They were very empathetic, understanding, and helpful- they went above and beyond to stay with me and assure me things would be fine. "
"Awesome stay! Modern and cute style, clean, friendly staff, plenty of amenities (great gym! Laundry, restaurant, office space, ping pong table and pool table), near light rail and train"

"Nice room, comfortable bed & very quiet. Breakfast had lots of options: bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, cereals, breads, pastries, cold meat & cheese, salad , fruit, yogurts, many fruit juices and coffee & tea options. Nice bar area. Pleasant 30 minutes walk into the city, you can walk via a park & market. "
"Occasionally you find a real stand out gem and this was it, sublime views of the river, dramatic sunsets and a wonderful balcony. Inside the highest class of fixtures and fittings, a top notch gym and free bicycles. The owners were awesome. Couldn’t fault a single thing, love it! "
"The train station is just a few meters away, that was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is nice. They have fresh bread, there are lots of options for teas, coffee, juice, and they have lots of fresh fruits, veggies, deli meats, smoked salmon, soups, eggs, bacon...the works.
Just a heads up that the front desk staff was a bit weird about me asking them to clean my room the morning of. Something very unusual for a hotel. They do have a system of requesting it the night before through a QR code. There is no house keeping if you don't request it with the purpose of being "green." I hope this was a one off experience but I had dropped and broke my makeup compact that morning and it made a mess in the bathroom. I was rushing out so I figured I'd go to the front desk and quickly request the cleaning. Both ladies at the front pestered me for the QR code request and insisted I needed to make the request through the QR code 24 hours before. I had to almost argue and explain I needed the cleaning that day. I never thought it would be that difficult to request day-of house keeping at a hotel. Mind you it was 8am and I didn't care if they came at 3pm. They finally agreed and it was done.
Aside from that, everything was great. "
