"the location was beautiful, the facilities and rooms were spotless, and we made lots of use of the common space! the real star of the show was the manager/concierge dora - she helped us so much with getting around the city, recommendations for day trips, and making us feel so welcome and comfortable. she truly made our trip fantastic! we can not recommend staying here enough! "So many good things to say about this property. They hit everything you could want in a hotel and more (including a decent breakfast buffet). Even when I was trying to make my way to a nearby boat for a trip, the staff not only knew where I needed to go, but actually walked with me outside and down the street to show me where it was (said it was a super nice day, let's walk). 100% would come back!"

"Great, great location to see the two castles. Hotel is located in a quiet area. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of their spa. There's parking at a reasonable rate. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Our room has a view of one of the castle. Room was decorated nicely, plenty of space. Buffet breakfast was great, excellent quality. We wish we could stayed longer than 2 nights. Highly recommend this hotel."
