"Butler service was disappointing and should be avoided. Excursions (especially snorkeling) were oversold and underwhelming. Some staff (Edu, Dylan and Diane) were great but others didn’t really provide a five star experience or understand top class service. Lovely black sand beach and fun pool with cabanas and mixology…. TV service jumpy… too many electrical issues like lights and elevators. Still a great place and lots of fun but would not return."

"The pool was the only reasonable thing about this place, and the fact that it’s close to the airport. The beds are like rocks and the pillows are the same. The bathroom was very grungy, mould in tiles and really not that clean. The AC unit barely cooled the room and there is no mini fridge. Doors and windows are poorly sealed so you can hear everything outside your room, which was especially annoying because we had a very early flight and wanted to get to sleep at a reasonable time. We could hear literally every person walking and talking outside our room. This place is in disparate need of renovations 😐!!"

"The pool is a saving grace, but this property is in disrepair. The blind fell off the window when we went to close it, the toilet bowl was leaking across the floor, and the chairs at the pool were broken. The street noise and smells made it hard to sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Took over an hour to check in. The staff member couldn’t “find” our rooms and then magically found open rooms for us after 30 minutes. He then booked us on the wrong airport shuttle in the morning. Facilities are clean and new. Didn’t have time to use the pool as it was past 8pm by the time we checked in. "

"5 min walk to beach. Room was comfortable. Villa had kitchen, though we don't cook. Even had air-fryer, electric skillet and double gas burner cooktop. Plenty of parking. Chairs on front patio. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was good with basic options. Convenience store was good for drinks. Didn't try dinner since found other places on beach."
