"Room was excellent, except for cold shower. I have never stayed in any resort or hotel where the shower would not get warm no matter how long you left it on. Otherwise , room was very nice. "

"The room was clean and we'll appointed. The bathroom was incredibly spacious. Staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. The breakfast bag and sweets in the evening are lovely. The complementary bottle of wine was welcome too!"

"Upon arrival to the Charleston place , we were greeted by our names by everyone and friendly and informative information ! It was my husband’s birthday, so what a nice surprise for him ! Our whole stay was , great ! From the service to to rooms ! Comfortable and accommodating! Great location and the lounge -bar , I loved ! Warm and cozy and inviting !
