"Was heavily dissatisfied as this was my first time coming to your hotel with high expectations I found that the main pool was under construction which was not listed anywhere on Expedia. Also, I have 15 pigeons surrounding my 1 year old daughter trying to take her food everyday we were out by the small pool areas. I would like to continue business with you and if there’s anything you can do it would be appreciated to make this not feel like such a disappointment. "

"My stay was great. The person at the front desk was kind. The room was spacious with comfy beds. There are fun things to do within minutes like Dania Beach Pier and a casino just two minutes from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "
