"Good breakfast. This makes our 4th stay here. Awesome hotel. Had issues with staff member but I am assuming everyone has bad days. "

"Room was clean, we didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. Staff was great, pool and hot tub was nice."

"Brookside was a nice place. It could use some updating, however. I rented two rooms. Pros - Rooms are spacious. The location is quiet and peaceful. Kitchenette has sink, refrigerator, and microwave. (No cutlery, dishes etc. provided. The bathroom is good. I especially liked the sinks. Cons - The lighting in the room was weak. No central ceiling light and lamps were not very bright. Rooms did not have the same amount of lighting. Beds need new mattresses. The furniture was different in the rooms. One had a couch and no chair. The other had a chair and no couch. One had two chairs at the peninsula. The other had one. All of these chairs needed some repair to the backs. It appears that when furniture is broken it is removed and not replaced."

"Absolutely amazing!!!! We loved it and we are in our 40s. The slides were so fun and the pool! Very nice restaurants, candy shops, and coffee shop. Rooms were great and clean. Staff was super nice."

"The carpets in our room was very dirty. When we walked barefoot, our feet were black.the rooms were adequate and large.great beds.but in need of some upgrading and deep cleaning.The breakfast buffet needed more choices, maybe some pastries or bagels.it left alot to be desired. We ate their once and then went out to eat.the room staff brought fresh towels and emptied the trash.that was it.never vacuumed in the 4 days we were there. And unfortunately and unbeknownst to us.There was a car show going on, and they were racing up and down the street all night long.It was horrible, we were awake.All the time at night.that was no fault of the motel the traffic was unbearable.You could not even get out to have something to eat.You would be waiting in traffic for hours."

"The front desk staff was amazing and supper friendly. If there was an issue it was quickly resolved! My family enjoyed the stay and all the great amenities available."

"Breakfast was fresh and kept stock. The room was super clean, beds was comfortable, and the view we had was amazing. The outside pool and lazy river was a big plus for my kids. I think the inside pool needs more lighting besides that it was good. The staff was very friendly even when we got there late for check inn"
