"Friendly, helpfull and the honest service, best since ever. Reception helped whatever and whenever needed. They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips. On Sunday, Serat got seasickness pills by their own vehicle for our boat trip. They are here just for their Customers. First time here and surely not the last one. Recommendations"

The lounge chairs on the beach and the beach bar are not all-inclusive, so keep that in mind. Also, the towels they provide are very outdated and smell after use, so you'll need to bring or buy your own beach towel."

The staff was incredibly welcoming, they did everything they could to provide comfortable stay to their guests. Food was delicious and varied. "The staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The sea view was amazing. But there’s two things we didn’t like about it. The hallway on the fifth floor was in terrible condition. And there’s a major issue with parking lot."
