"Best hotel breakfast ever!"

"Helpful staff called me beforehand to confirm arrangements for late arrival. Room clean but in need of upgrading as decor quite old."

"From the start to the end, our stay was amazing! Excellent service from the receptionist, room was huge (junior suite), bed was huge and super comfy, bathroom was a good size with a good shower, nice towels and shampoo etc. the toilet was in another room but turned out better due to privacy. Food to have a heated towel rail to dry our togs after our swim. The indoor swimming pool was so large, good temperature, very clean and in a luxurious room! Nice seats after the swim, dressing gowns a bonus, very warm room to sit in - excellent. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. So much food, all delicious and a great variety. The hot food was just warm both mornings - the only negative. Good, free car park. Would definitely stay again."

"Great location, but the hotel used to allow smoking, and it still smells of cigarettes. Fortunately, the LOOKEN hotel next door is managed by the same staff, and they upgraded us to a much better room (for an additional cost). "

"Incredibly helpful staff. Amazing food from the restaurant (room service). The venison is a must. Rooms are bright and airy and the beds are so comfortable you dont want to get up. Lovely attitude to people with pets and some lovely walks close to the hotel. Definitely a peaceful stop before heading into the chaos of German motorways. "

All modern with hotel like properties or go full camp and stay in the cabins. We just wanted a clean room to sleep and were surprised that it beats out most good hotels for survice. Well rested and on our way! Must try"
