"We had an issue with Expedia at check in. The front desk couldn’t find our reservation so we had to call Expedia and they emailed something to the front desk. After that annoying hiccup everything was great! They have a huge pool and kid area similar to a splash pad. Nice trail to walk behind hotel. However our beds needed to be replaced. uncomfortable and noisy and pillows hard. staff was made aware and immediately offered us another cottage. I STAYED A LITTLE OVER A WEEK & THEY WERE CONSISTENT WITH THE CLEANING OF THE ROOMS & THE COMMON AREAS. --THE MANAGER, TANYA, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT, & FRIENDLY. SHE WORKED THE FRONT DESK SOMETIMES. I HAD A FEW PERSONAL ISSUES & SHE HELPED ME WITH THEM, & SHE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE. --I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN."
