"I expected a much higher level of professionalism from the staff. While the hotel itself has potential, the service unfortunately did not match the standard one would expect. Interactions with the staff felt unwelcoming and which took away from what could have been a pleasant stay. Hopefully this is something management will take seriously and improve moving forward."
