My Dallas visit

When I first came the lobby was closed for some reason and you have to use the night window, also this location is walking distance from the lite rail line and I like getting a day pass and seeing the city without driving.

Very inadequate light / phone was not working / No coffee maker in room / No Tissue paper etc. / Beak fast was horrible. There was virtually nothing to eat like Banana / Apple / Bread / Jam etc. Room was neat . clean and tidy / Water was warm enough / AC was working efficiently.

Disappointed in Wyndham

It was our own fault to take a smoking suite for the extra room.It smelled like an old ashtray even after 2 cans of air freshener. The breakfast was a joke...5 premade waffles in a plastic case with 5pieces of bread along side 2 containers of cereal. No fruit,no yogurt no bagels or any of the other breakfast items most motels offer.We were at breakfast 7am..The next morning it was obvious the breakfast had not been replenished.We brought our own coffee maker,none in the room,no phone either.The beds were comfortable and I did like the shower even though it needed "anti slip" additives to the floor of the tub.Won't be returning.

I like that it was easy and convenient to book a room here. The check in was super fast. Room was clean, smelled a little bit but it was a smoking room. I ordered a room with a hot tub. And although we were able to use the hot tub, it was not very enjoyable. The hot water for the hot tub never would get to a hot temperature. It stayed under Luke warm closer to cold. The hot tub was the whole reason for the stay to relax soar muscles. When mentioned to front desk at checkout, their reply was, “it works, I can go show you now!” It came off stern, rude and unacceptable. It seemed as if that had been mentioned before by other guests and it became frustrating or annoying for them to hear. I left it alone handed my key cards in turned around and walked out biting my tongue. No you don’t have to prove it to me, I just stayed in the room, I know if it got hot or not. Also, what I do know , is the hotel around the corner has a hot tub that gets hot, staff isn’t trying to prove a guest wrong or be rude. I know if you want a returning guest, you’ll make some adjustments
