The nonsmoking room I booked reeked of cigarette smoke, the TV did not work and was being held together by tape, there were numerous hairs on the bedsheets and towels, and the refrigerator smelled of a dead animal. Worst of all they were renovating the rooms adjacent to mine during the middle of the night (12-4am) and it was impossible to get any sleep. Worst room condition and worst stay I’ve had in my entire life (and I mostly stay at budget hotels).

The hotel staff were decent. The propery was filthy. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The dust was so thick on the bedside table (if you can call it that) that you could play tic-tac-toe. The pillows wefe dirty, heck everything was dirty and moldy.

The hotel smelled heavily of Marijuana. The room was filthy. The bed had hairs on it. Roaches in the bathroom. Burn hole in the sheets. And the room I paid for i didn't get and they charged me more for a room i didnt want.

The whole hotel reeked of smoke and mildew, and doors in the room kept jamming on the floor. The rooms smelled like mildew too and had no ventilation for the bathroom to get rid of the moisture

This hotel is literally a last resort hotel. There’s no breakfast bc the space for it is full of dirty kitchen appliances. The room was dirty and I only felt comfortable sleeping on top of towels on top of the sheets. I wouldn’t stay here again and I only stayed bc my Expedia points covered the night.

The interior is fresh painted and bed comfortable, however bed looked likel someone just slept in it. Refrigerator absolutely filthy. Looked like someones science project was out of control 😳

The room smelt of dirty dog the entire time. When we used the A/C it made a strange noise so we’d just leave it off. The doors looked they they had tons of repairs done on them. When we got there we were just too tired to try to find a new room or go somewhere else. 10/10 will not stay here again.

I never made it to the location. I ended up staying some place else outside of the city limits. Of course, I was still charged $55.23. It was just too stressful trying to get to the location snd I was not familiar with the area. By the time I git even close enough, I was stressed and overwhelmed. I dud not realize this location was within the city.

Bad everything starting at check in til check out. Roaches was in the bathroom crawling around. The room wasn't cleaned. The phone didn't have a phone cord to call on after i repeatedly to the office and all they said was they was going to send him. I still didn't have one when i checked out

I should have left the premises. I let the lady know that I was there to check in with my wallet in hand and her response “Give Me ID” … “May I see your ID would’ve sufficed. Only to check into a dirty, unswept room with roaches, bugs in alleged clean towels and no security! Room door was loose and security lock was missing and can’t forget Cigarette ash beside the bedside table. I did not even sleep here due to being uncomfortable and the room is in a BEAUTIFUL AREA! These owners are not friendly or clean as far as I’m concerned. The halls did not smell fresh, and just overall rude but wanted my money.

It was the worst motel experience I have ever, ever, ever had. There were wires hanging from the walls and ceiling; the bathroom floor was grubby, the curtain on the window had holes in it and was falling off on both ends; the walls seem paper thin so the first night I didn’t get to sleep until around 4am and the second night until 11:30pm because other guests were loud to extremely loud; I could hear all their conversations. There was one container of coffee in the morning for all guests with no sugar and the coffee container pump was partially broken. The hall carpet was very dingy and nasty looking.

If I could of left and got a refund, I would of. This place was NOT worth the stay and the WORST Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. I'll be calling and asking for a refund from corporate. Holes in the floors, table and walls, a noisey and squeaky ac unit that kept us up all night, dirty tub and wash rag under the sink, dirty fridge that froze everything, dogs barking in the halls all the time, no regular TV so you HAD to log into subscription based platform to even use the TV (I went ahead and did my disney then reset the TV after logging out). I felt itchy every time I laid in the bed. I'll never stay at this one again.
