"Very easy check in and the staff is great. We love staying here when we travel with 4 kids. The 3 bedroom is ideal and spacious. The location is great for activities in Dallas, Fort Worth and Arlington. The price is always reasonable. "

"The Hotel is great, the kids had fun. The only thing they need is the bar to stay open past 10pm at least till 12am. Us adults need some time to unwind after dealing with the kids all day I do like the new renovations on the lower level."

"The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s right in downtown Dallas. Valet/Doorman was a nightmare when I first checked in. Kind of rude but I was like, he’s probably having a bad day. Checked in seamlessly and went to my room. Fairly big size room and spacious in the main room and bathroom. Mattress Beds were old and not very comfortable. Only other issue I had was I requested someone service my room and then just brought towels, asked again and nothing. Lastly, the AC in the room was crap. Don’t know if it worked or not. Overall 5 out 10. Location was a 9 out of 10"
