The bed and accommodations were very comfortable . The location was convenient. It was quiet and we felt safe. Breakfast was practically non existent, so don't plan on it. Not sure how we were to obtain clean towels.i asked and we never received them. Housekeeping somewhat sharp, rude.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean. Lace was quiet. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. Just waffle or cereal but no milk. If they had something else besides that and toast it would’ve been five stars. Would book again if needed.

I actually never made it to hotel my experience with reception and shuttle was so poor that I booked a different hotel. I stood outside in 30 degree weather for 2 hours waiting for shuttle. I did call 5 times, twice I was hung up on by reception and other times I was told I was in wrong spot (though I was coutersy vans and saw other hotel shuttles) and was told driver on his way. I was there SO long, other hotel shuttle drivers got out to ask me if I was ok,

My room was dirty. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom sink and toilet. Like someone used a dirty rag to clean them. There was NO ICE machine anywhere in the hotel. I was told there were ice cube trays in the freezer in the room. There were none, I had to go buy some. Cockroaches were everywhere. I went and bought my own spray. This hotel specifically advertises a hot breakfast. When I asked where breakfast was, the man told me that was it. A few pieces of bread were on a table, and there was no coffee, NOTHING. They made no offer of explaining to me why there was nothing at this hotel that was advertised. I was very dissappointed in the managerial staff. I will not book another room at this facility. The hotel needs new management and they need to take off their brochures and advertisements, the things that are not really available to us. Do not book reservations at this hotel! This hotel would not give me a refund for a room I did not stay in because there was a water leak coming from the roof. The staff initially told me I would be receiving a refund but when I called to follow up they accused me of lying and not even showing up to the hotel. It’s best to just avoid this hotel because the staff is not trustworthy.
