Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Be aware!!!!!!

It was horrible considering we tried getting in touch with people by phone and email and text to get some help to get checked in... the residents that live at these apts were so nice and wanted to help and said well good luck on trying to get someone to answer and the another resident said yep the manager was just fired last week for making illegal reservations for air b and bs... sounds about my luck!!!! I was trying to celebrate my 10 yr anniversary with my hubbs and had five hours of trying to get into a place was non reachable! Made me furious we drove three hours to be at this place!!!!
