Moved to next room and had to go buy bleach to do my own cleaning because I could not get a refund. Jacuzzi was broken. Door had been kicked in. Very limited breakfast. Go somewhere else."

I’m not using tissue that looks like it’s been touched. The fridge didn’t work. The pool was closed because a party had an accident . We specifically picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. We asked for a late check out and it was a $50 charge. I’ve never heard of that before . I would never stay there again. So disappointed "

"Shower are dirty. Linen was soiled. When asked if house cleaner could clean shower out she told me she didn’t have time. "

"The hotel was completely run down. The whole building smelled of mildew. The room was "clean" but everything was gross I'm the building. Clear water damage throughout the entire facility. Mold and mildew openly on the walls. There was a full hole in the window frame to the outside. The air conditioning unit was literally duct taped together."
