"The house was gorgeously decorated! Safety was great too. I loved that each room had its own key code door lock as well as the front door lock. It was advertised as a bed and breakfast with grab and go, but there was not much drink selection in the fridge. The beds were comfortable. However, there was not a blanket on the bed, only a very light bed cover. It was cold during the night. As well, there were no regular sleeping pillows, only pillows with sham covers. "We booked this room because it was close to the airport for an early flight. Price was solid. Room itself was not bad at all. Shower was a little soft, but that’s probably more of a personal preference for me. When all was said and done I wasn’t disappointed with the stay for the price and location. "

"Room has hair in the bathroom everywhere upon check in. The phone in the room didn’t work and the front desk didn’t have anymore towels. Unacceptable. Parking was horrible it’s way in the back as we had bags and we had to park in the back and walk to the front when there was a door we tried to use our key card on and it didn’t work. Front desk stated we can go out the door but not come in. I had 3 kids under 13 with me and I was so upset. I stayed at another Embassy in Dallas and I will go to that one each time I go there. "

"The hotel is located in a perfect part of downtown Dallas. There are several restaurants, nightlife, green areas to spend time at. The city views were spectacular, the only negative was the bathroom and the room was too dark and dim, we kept the shades open to let the light in. Excellent stay and I love how the hotel provides a list of nearby restaurants and the walking distance. "

"I picked my room online and arrived to the property 4 hrs after check in time and the room was not prepared. I was then given a room that had a connected where the door wouldn't fully shut; the staff was accommodating once I went downstairs but the inconvenience was not pleasant. As a Honors member, I expect to have the room I pick especially when I arrive 4 hrs after check in time so 7pm to my reservation "
