"Mostly fine, but bathroom had a lot of hair in it when I checked in. No microwave in the room, but 2 small ones in the lobby."

"Room was clean and bed very comfortable. We don’t take advantage of the breakfast as we leave early to continue our travels. We’ve been coming to this Best Western for several years as we travel to Florida and it is consistently clean and staff is always helpful. Really like the easy access to I75. I recommend a room facing Leland Dr as the other side can have noise from the interstate. Always happy with our stay. "

"On the outside, the hotel looks nice. However, our room had a linking and non-draining sink, a toilet that did not flush, and a TV that did not work. We selected the hotel for the indoor pool; however, the pool was extremely cold and dirty. Several families with kids were disappointed. Then, the next day when we tried to get downstairs for breakfast the elevators were packed and the power went out while waiting. We opted for the stairs, but had trouble determining how to get from the third floor to the lobby because the stairs end there. When we finally made it to the lobby there was a very long line for a disappointing breakfast. It was there that things got worse as the lights continued to flicker and a fire alarm sounded the entire time. Firefighters arrived and when we left 1.5 hours later they were still there and the elevators did not work."

"This place was amazing from the time you walk in the door to check-out time. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The view from our hotel room was pretty nice look at the Braves Baseball Stadium. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Atlanta!!!"
