"The place was perfect for multiple travelers who want to stay for an extended amount of time. The location was great with lots of options. They had a decent gym with a few treadmills and weights and free laundry access. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone that wanted an extended stay in a safe neighborhood. "

"Overall, the property was nice, in a great location and good value. Communication with host was not great, there is an online app and Whatsapp, but no one seems to ever check either. The most frustrating thing and why we rated this as low as we did: we reached out to Casa Miravalle over Whatsapp before booking to inquire about construction next door (several reviews complained about this). Casa Miravalle said construction was completed. We arrive, and there is a big construction project directly next door with people actively working on it. Our room was on the opposite side of the construction site so we didn't hear that much, but if we weren't, I'd expect the noise to be quite annoying. "

"Nice sized rooms but small bathroom. No outside windows as the windows face to small courtyards. No real bright natural light. Shower needs better cleaning and has a musty smell. I liked the location. Stairs to the breakfast were small. Breakfast was very good! Customer service is excellent. "

"Room was very clean at arrival and remained that way after cleaning staff came every day. The staff were all incredibly helpful and always welcoming. There were many appliances in the kitchen that made it possible to cook food. Water was always accessible. Air conditioning worked well to cool the room when shades were also put down. "
