"This was actually my second booking at this hotel, and I’m happy to say the experience was just as good as the first time. The staff were, once again, incredibly friendly and helpful - they even allowed an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and free from any cigarette smell, which is a big plus for us. Breakfast was included and generous, and the overall service felt consistent with my previous stay. Just like before, the small lane leading to the hotel has a bit of an odor, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet and very comfortable. The location is super convenient, right in the middle of a walking street with easy access to food and shops. I’d definitely recommend this place and will keep coming back whenever I’m in the area."

A special shout-out to Clark, who went above and beyond to help my friend who had accidentally arrived at the wrong airport. His kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful situation so much easier — we are incredibly grateful!
