My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept better here than I do at home. The room also had great amenities like fast Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and a large TV. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, which made the experience even better.

Nice stay!

Fortune Park Dalhousie is a lovely hotel, slightly away from the main square but offering spectacular mountain views. The staff were exceptional—very polite and eager to help. They even replaced my set-top box twice to ensure the TV worked properly. I also really enjoyed the food. Overall, a great stay!

Stayed at Fortune Park this week for my dad’s birthday, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel! The location is perfect, and the overall experience was truly amazing. The ambience and hospitality were top-notch — from the reception to the bar and restaurant, every staff member was courteous and attentive. A special shoutout to Saurav, Vinod, and Rohit for going the extra mile to make our stay special. The food was delicious, the spa experience was relaxing, and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommend Fortune Park for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay. Loved my trip!

The hotel is newly built and you get great views from most of the rooms. The staff is incredible, and take great pleasure in looking after you - whether it’s dining, room service, or any other request. Only downside is that the hotel is 5-6 KM out of the main city, and the road is very narrow and windy, so takes 15-20 minutes to get there from the main square.

Excellent location, top-notch standards, delicious food, and exceptional customer service. I booked a room for my parents' anniversary, and they're thoroughly enjoying their stay. This place is a hidden gem. Given that it is part of ITC I was expecting a nice hotel but I did not expect a near 5 star worthy place with amazing views, gorgeous room and excellent restaurant. Only minor down side is that it is located 3kms outside the market area, but it is not too big of a deal if you have your own transportation. Will definitely be back here when I come back to Dalhousie

Great place to stay if you are in Dalhousie. Probably the best hotel over there Breakfast was great and had good choice. Views were amazing from several points around the hotel. A small pet peeve was the complimentary bottled water they gave. The request to replenish took some time Overall it was a great stay
