"Probably the best hotel ive ever stayed in ..rooms exactly like the pictures with hot water cleaned daily, staff is amazing food available 24/7 and the views were unbelievable. "I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. My daughter got injured minutes after getting the room and nothing worked in the villa, the phone, toilet and sinks all didn’t work. "Ja sehr vernachlässigt. Wände voller Schimmel, Bad stand unter Wasser, Matratzen sehr sehr alt. Alle Ecken usw sehr dreckig. Balkontür kaputt und generell Gesamtbild schrecklich. Haben nach Beanstandung anderes Zimmer bekommen war aber genauso schlimm.
Frühstück war ab 8 Uhr 9.40 Uhr war immer noch kein Frühstück da, keine Info und war niemand an der Rezeption … nach 20 min sind wir gefahren ohne Frühstück.
Mitarbeiter sind aber sehr freundlich. "
