"The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It is in a good location with anything you need nearby. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they even gave me a refund on a 2nd non refundable room i accidentally booked. AC worked great. "

"They only clean the rooms every three days, and somehow one of those days did not fall on the weekend. So, we were there the entire weekend and the room wasn’t cleaned once. And, this fact is not clearly advertised. Also, this location is generally pretty run down and neglected. Staff was borderline rude, and generally seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. I would chalk this up to bad management. "

"Needed dishsoap and paper towels for the kitchen. None were available. Had to wait for an employee for 10-15 minutes. Seems like they do the check in and clean the rooms too. Cannot get help from 9 pm to 9 am. Expected breakfast, had none. Tub leaked water from the base and almost fell getting out of it."
