"The rooms were very clean and useful with kitchen, stove, and full fridge. The front desk agent/hotel concierge was AMAZING! Will absolutely be booking here again and the car rental Ocean Drive was very easy to book and convenient to use at this property with hotel pick up/drop off and check in all in one place! I recommend everyone to stay and rent a car here! Also right in the middle of the island so everything is 20 mins or less of a drive."

"The checkin process was difficult. In the checkin instructions on hotels.com which I didn't read state that you need to message them 24 hours in advance to get your check in instructions. Of course we didn't so we show up and it's not like a normal hotel with a reception desk so we didn't know what to do. I called the phone number on the contact page and of course it didn't work. It had a link to message them so I did and I got no immediate response. We decided to go to dinner while we waited and about 45 minutes later we got a response that the manager would meet us there in 30 min and she did and we got into our room. That was a little unnerving but when we got into the room it was full of mosquitos. Luckily the manager was still there so they moved us to another room which was fine, no mosquitos. The bad part is the new room was booked for the next day so we had to move to another room which wasted our vacation time but it was also good and mosquito free. So the place isn't perfect but they try to take care of you. The price was pretty good but you have to know it comes with less services. Would I recommend the place? Maybe, it depends on your budget and risk tolerance. The location is awesome. The Mangel Halto beach is amazing and you are steps from it."

"Property is beautiful! It’s right in the middle of everything on the island. We got a rental car and it was very easy to explore. There’s a fresh fish market right in front of the property if you wanted to buy fish and cook it at the villa. We will absolutely be back! "
