"From the very start the staff was very nice, even though we weren't the best tourists. We stayed a short time, and in that tike the staff was friendly, despite our Faux Pas and were willing to help us with arranging luggage forwarding. The room we booked was very clean and offered coffee, tea, and ice water in our rooms which we were free to use. The mats we slept on we comfortable and had plush blankets that almost kept us TOO warm during the cool Spring nights. The Onsens though were the star of the show. We had two private Onsen attached to our room, one that was inside and one that was Open-Air. Both were incredible to be in and legitimately helped myself and my travel companion with aches and pains during the trip. I can't recommend this place enough. Must go Onsen if you find yourself in Hita."

"The location of hotel be located in good place,near train station and shopping center. The facilities are new and staffs are helpful and polite. If the hot milk can be provided in breakfast will be perfect."

"Lovely hotel. Great location and parking just next to hotel building. Staffs are pleasant and efficient! The only down side is the cleanliness of the spa area. On busy hours might need extra cleaning (hair on the floor in change room, guests wear slippers get in change area…etc) "

"Traditional ryokan style. Beautiful surroundings. Very traditional but spacious room. Wonderful Onsen. Close to cute shops and yummy snacks."

"Dirty carpet, room too hot and no cooling function for air conditioner. Definitely need refurbishment."

"Spending more time traveling up and down escalators. Since there is no drop-off for the hotel itself we had to park our car for 1 hour just for dropping off the baggage. Room is smaller than expected and there is no room to open baggage."
