"Clean room, small but has everything you need (shower, mutliple plug sockets and free parking) great place to stay if you’re going to Disneyland as you can get the bus from round the corner. Only spoke to the staff at check in but he was lovely and they’re there 24/7 which was good for us as we checked in late. Overall, would recommend and would definitely stay again. "

"I didn’t expect a villa but wow was it awesome. The shuttle to Disney could have been free. I loved the little grocery store they had there - very handy. Breakfast was too expensive bit it was good. Overall great place, pricy but worth it. "

"Before we arrived they tried to downgrade us several times. They would not take no for an answer and were very rude. When we did arrive they were no better at check in. There was no bottled water in the room. No kettle or tea making facilities. No welcome amenities. WiFi does not work. For the car parking you have to enter a code to access. But they change the code every few hours and don’t tell you. So every time you return you have to leave your car at the front then walk to reception and ask for a new code. They refused to give my partner warm water in a real cup for our babies bottle and said they only do paper cups. There is no phone in the room so if you have a question you have to walk down to reception. Bed is rock solid. I have not experienced a hotel like this before. Maybe it was my own fault for taking a chance at an unknown brand. But never again. "

"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in. Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready. Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "

"The room was clean, comfort and spacious for a family of 4, the only bad think is the shower was or too cold or too hot I wasn't be able to adjust for a nice warm water. "
