Vasat bir hizmetti. Temizlik kötü değil ama geliştirilebilir. Spa, hamam ve havuz açık değildi. Bu hizmetlerin yer aldığı vaadedilmişti ancak kapalı olduğu için yararlanamadık. Konum itibariyle çok güzel bir yerde. Tercih sebebimdi ama sadece otel hizmeti var. Binicilik dışında olduğu yazan hiçbir aktivite mevcut değil. Sessiz sakin ve huzurlu bir yer.

Otel konumu ve doğa içinde oluşu çok iyi. Otel temiz. Personel nazik ve güleryüzlü. Oda kahvaltı şeklinde hizmet veriyor. Kahvaltı zamanı 08:00-10:30 arasında. Olumsuz yazı ise; kahvaltıdaki yiyecekler kahvaltı süresi bitmeden tükeniyor. Yerine yenisi konmuyor. Örneğin ilk gün saat:10:00'da bitmişti. İkinci gün daha erken kahvaltıya inmiştir. bu sefer yiyecekler saat:09:00'da bitti. İşletme kahvaltı için ayrılan sürenin son dakikasına kadar aynı kalitede hizmeti vermekle yükümlüdür. Tükenen yiyeceklerin yerine hızlıca yenisi eklenmelidir. Bu konuda maalsefe hala amatör bir hizmet anlayışı hakim. Bu konuda kendilerini geliştiemeleri, son dakikada kahvaltıya inenler ile ilk dakikalarda kahvaltıya inenler aynı hizmeti almalıdır. Son olarak yiyecek çeşitleri az idi. Belki en önemlisi restaurant daha çok yörsel yemekleri sunmalı. Kastamonuya gidenlere hamburgeri tavuz kızartma, pizza seçeneği yerine yöresel lezzetler olan etli ekmeki kara çorba vb teklif edilmelidir.

Otel e giriş ve odaya eslik gayet iyi oldu. 2 kisi ayri yatak oda istedik evet vardi ancak oda içinde 3. Ek yatak açılı bir şekilde küçük odayı iyice kullanışsız hale getirmiş neden duruyor odada anlamak mümkün değil. Yatak kalitesi berbat-iyi arası ağrı ile uyaniyorsunuz. Oda temizliği olması gerektiği kalitede. Ancak oda da abajur vardı ve içinde ampulü yoktu. Oda altında kazan dairesi var 24 saat çalışıyor ve o sessizlikte beynimize işledi. Çok rahatsız edici. Ayni zamanda klima yok ve cam açtık TÜBİTAK çalışanları kamp için eğitim çerçevesinde yüksek sesli disko müzik gece 1 e kadar devam etti. Sabah kahvaltısı ise komple fiyasko; restoran a girdik kimse karşılamadı. Temiz masa yoktu. Kendi çatal bıçak larimizi pecetemizi diger masallardan temin ederek oturduk. Çay içmedik sayılır haşlama yaparak dibini içtik. Temiz bardak ve su koyulmadi, kalkmaya yakın artık ben talep ettim annem ilaç içmek zorunda olduğu için. Çorba yok kahvaltı da. Hizmet yok kesinlikle. Bir bina ve uyumak için bir yatak fazlası isteyenler mağdur olur.Yani 1000tl ucretin en fazla 400tl şunu hak edecek rahatsız bir deneyim oldu. Tavsiye ile gelmiştik ancak problemi cok. Tavsiye etmiyorum çünkü müşteri memnuniyeti diye bir çaba yok çünkü genel puanları 4 puan üstü bu eleştiri fazla etkilemez.

A nice escape from the city, except the food

We stayed here for two nights, as two families with small kids. The hotel has several activities from horse riding to ATV riding, bicycles to trekking, swimming pool to bath and sauna, etc. Some of them are free for guests and some of them have extra prices. The garden is nice and the kids had a lot of fun there. The room was clean, yet nowhere as large as advertised. It was advertised as 66m2 but it was more like 15-20m2. But we could fit in. They have supplied extra beds for the kids without even asking. However, we were staying in the building with the restaurant (above the restaurant) and it was somewhat noisy during night time. The kitchen was the main downfall. The breakfast was nice and satisfactory. Dinner was a different case. The prices were somewhat high and meals were far from satisfactory, regarding portion size or taste. Unfortunately, there are almost nowhere to dine in Daday except the hotel. Maybe you can have a late lunch in Memis and skip dinner. Overall, it was a nice stay. The facilities were clean, family-friendly, the staff was helpful, the environment is beautiful, amenities were various, but food needs to improve.
