"This was the only bad place I stayed in out of the 8 hotels I stayed in during my PH trip. I actually stayed there months ago, long story but rude and unhelpful staff and none of the facilities were allowed to be used because they “had a Jollibees function the next day so they wanted to keep the facility areas tidy for them” yes I was also a paying guest when told this. No wifi, crazy loud AC. "

"Room and staff were very nice and friendly, would have preferred much more interaction with staff when we were using the sun loungers I.e can I get you a drink etc.
we also had to ask for our room to be cleaned rather that being cleaned as routine"
