"The staff were so helpful and organised a quick local tour for us as we were only briefly in Windhoek. Breakfast was excellent. The dinner was very elegant but rather ‘haute cuisine’ great for a celebration meal - we enjoyed our plates but prefer to have some more simple dishes on the menu."

When I appeared to have lost my passport just before leaving, Stephanie on the front desk instantly jumped into fully supportive tracking mode, and together we found it.
