"The cleaning was poor; furthermore, the room lacked soap and fresh bedsheets. The housekeeper would enter the room and make the beds, but she did not change the sheets—she only replaced the bath mat on the floor. She failed to provide us with soap (which we were out of), and the room was not vacuumed—not even the floors or the carpets."

"We had a reservation for a week which was paid in full in advance. Upon arrival we were notified that we didn't have a room available since the check in was not completed on time. Front desk was unhelpful and rude. The hotel refused services to you and we ended up having to nook another hotel. In other words, the hotel was paid 2x for the same room. It is absolutely disgusting. Also, they were very questionable individuals in and out of the hotel while we were at the front desk and the smell of marijuana was everywhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Oh man this place where do I begin, the swimming pool was my favorite part it was huge and went down to 8 ft deep. A true 70’s community pool classic. The rooms while old were well maintained clean and fancy feeling, the hard wood everywhere and the ceramic bathtub?! I mean for real this place is the real deal, the onsite restaurant is pretty decent and their game room 24/7 Excellent value here and amazing views wow. I miss it already!!!"

The decor is old world opulence and, from a visitor’s point of view, this spa / hotel has everything you need- as well as everything you never knew you needed. The aromatherapy room, the billiard room, the parlour, aperitivo hour, the impeccable service, the cleanliness of the well appointed rooms, dual hot tubs… I could go on and on. Every aspect of your stay just feels perfect. Avery (see you again soon I hope) was a gracious host and you couldn’t ask for a more welcoming place to stay. "
