"Very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival we we were informed that only 2 luggage racks existed for entire hotel. Upon entering our room we found no ports or outlets for phone charging conveniently located beside beds as is typical. We were told by front desk clerk to consider using outlet for coffee pot or fridge. only one roll of toilet tissue was provided in restroom and due to the fact that only one staff person was on duty, we had to make trips downstairs to get TP, fresh towels, etc. The Quality Inn that we booked had merged with a MainStay and we were located at that end of the building which seemed old and outdated (as evident in the lack of electical outlets and ports. When we called the front desk in the evening to express our concerns, she abruptly replied "You are welcome to check out." The hotel needs to be adequately staffed."

"We felt welcomed as if we were family. The room was clean and neat though not fancy. We felt safe even though there was a thunderstorm during the night. It was well worth the difference in price, much more affordable while being clean and comfortable. If you are expecting perfection you may be slightly disappointed. If you are looking for a reasonable price for a clean and comfortable room then this is your place to go."

"Noisy room over the air conditioning units- in room air conditioning noisy as well. View was of filthy roof . Not one piece of art or anything decorative in the room.. shower was okay but step in tub to shower which is so dated. Staff was nice, especially James . Bar service okay. Just dated property, nothing resort about it."
