"Lovely hotel but the photos do look better than how it looks reality. The spa was very busy and the mattress was like the free ones you get with a child’s bed, very springy.
However staff are wonderful and professional, breakfast was amazing and the location is great. I would 100% stay again but I wouldn’t pay the steep price. "
"We stayed in Criccieth studio apartment and it was perfect. Comfy bed, plenty of storage space, great kitchen facilities to allow for self catering. Lovely buffet breakfast in the main hotel building. Great choice of food in the restaurant in the evening. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is perfectly placed for discovering Criccieth and has good parking."

"Great food both breakfast and dinner.
Room was clean modern and spacious.
We stayed in 23 at the top, mind your head.
Parking available next door, very convenient.
Staff were polite smart and helpful."
"Great hotel, huge bedrooms, lots of social space. Plenty of areas in spa so never felt crowded, breakfast small in comparison to others i’ve had but it was fine. "

All beautiful original windows so no double glazing. They rattle if it’s windy! Our room got very hot even with the radiator turned off due to the old water pipes. We opened the windows and issue was largely solved. The views over Menai Strait were spectacular. The restaurant is excellent and well worth making a reservation. We had dinner there on one evening and the menu was both original and beautifully presented. Service also faultless. This is an "
