"The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast served was satisfying and using the amenity's was so relaxing and refreshing. Lovely hotel would stay there again definitely well recommended."
"Lovely quiet location for a good nights sleep . Large room with a balcony was appreciated with the weather being so hot . Nice to have free parking as I know it would have been very difficult in Conwy or Llandudno .
Good cooked breakfast"
"So many good points to mention.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Helpful when asked questions.
Couldn't fault my dining experience. Food was delicious and staff were professional and happy. The Restaurant and bar have been modernised which look great. You don't actually realise you are in the same hotel. That's my personal opinion.
My single room was small but perfectly clean and well presented
Location was great. Walking distance to everything you need.
Parking is available, as arrived early enough to get a space I was lucky but I can imagine others may struggle because the number of spaces is very small and they like to reserve them for blue badge holders.
Despite being offered basic housekeeping, this didn't occur. Which meant I only had one teabag for my 3 night stay. Yes I probably could have asked but I was out all day hiking and didn't notice until returning.
The floor boards in my room were extremely squeaky which isn't great when getting ready early in the morning. Others would have been disturbed."
"The workers were welcome, friendly, and their service were very good, I would go back there.
But I need my refund for the cancellation free i pay when booking the trip amount £28 each day for 3 of us"
"I would be delighted to stay at this hotel again.....I loved my stay there....no AC, no elevator but it just didn't matter....incredibly relaxing....great location....fun bar...the staff is remarkable.."
