"Hotel and room were clean, however WiFi was very spotty. It was there one minute and not the next. The worst critique is the check out process which needs significant work. I am used to just being able to walk out of a hotel on the day I'm checking out. At Levo you MUST go and talk to the front desk and then they will call for a room check. Then you have to wait for that to finish before you leave. I really do not understand this because they put a hold on your card for "expenses" so why the need to hold me hostage when I am rushing to leave to catch a plane???!!!"

"Swimming pool is under maintenance without notice. Not enough toiletries, towels are not soft. "

"The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and would like to try different rooms. the swimming was nice and clean. everything almost perfect. they just need to add a restaurant since most restaurant are far away from the hotel. or you would have to bring your own then the employee would charge your for bringing foods or drinks because they say the sell them on site. "

"Room id okay and staff was corteous. We arrived 15 minutes early to check-in and was told yo pay extra as per management."

"Very disappointing stay here. Hotel met our expectations, however this service level doesn’t match at all. Our food order was wrong when order room service. They just drop the food without any confirmation. Our bathroom on the first day got clogged, and had someone come in to unclog it. This happened on the first day. On the last day they wanted us out at exactly 10 am. The room cleaners came at 945 am to tell us to get out. In all my stats, I have never experience this at any hotel. At 10 am they came back with another person telling us that we need to leave the room, we told them we are waiting for our yo pick us up. From a service standpoint I find this very rude on there part. Our ride arrive at 10:15 am. It’s funny the hotel employed Ed couldn’t spare 15 mins for our comfort to wait in the room. From this point forward I will stay irvrevvomnend this hotel or its chain as their employees represent brand of this hotel for our experience of customer service to be wcpected. Management will need to retrain staff, to better needs their guest needs here . "

"5 star service for very affordable price! Great staff! And would like to thank Patrick, who helped us and provide beverage for my relatives. Thank you for your professionalism! Definitely I will come back again! I do really Love the rooms, view and the balcony so relaxing! Note: not much to see outside the properties but they provide small convenience store inside. "
