"Very small room and no AC. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Excellent food and great view from the 6th floor on the harbor. If you just use the room for sleeping and you are not staying in the middle of the summer it’s a great hotel. The staff was very nice."

"Schönes kleines Hotel direkt am Deich. Wunderbare Aussicht auf Kugel bake. Parken war etwas eng aber OK. Schade dass kein Restaurant im Hotel ist, aber es gibt genügend Restaurants in 1km Umfeld. Nice quiet hotel direct at the levee. Beautiful view at the Kugel bake point. Parking was a bit tight but ok. Too bad there was no restaurant onsite but there are multiple restaurants within 1 km walk."

"Excellent Hotel for a short stay in Cuxhaven. Walkable distances to attractions and the habor. Several Restaurants and the museum in walking distance. Besides the kitchen the hotel doesn't offer any other amenities so you might want to look around if you are planning to stay longer."

"We had a great, short family vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and very clean, and the food in the restaurant delicious. The only bummer was that the pool wasn't open. There is an ice cream parlor and a small shop in walking distance, and it was just a short walk to the beach, too. We would stay again!"
