"Tabacón is an incredible resort! The springs is much larger than you would expect, with many beautiful parts to find privacy and relaxation. The drinks are incredible and views are even better. We indulged in a couples volcanic mud massage- and it was the best massage ever! The spa is beautiful, peaceful and worth it! One thing to consider is that it is a 20minute ride to town, so you are pretty much committed to eating at the resort- which is not cheap. Each drink is $15 and meals are $20 . The breakfast options are a buffet at $35 a person or room service- which is about $20 . (Summer 2024) The food was amazing, but we were definitely expecting some cheaper options before we arrived. "

"The service was 5-star, and all the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. Our room had a view of the pool and the volcano, and it was very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended."

"The staff are incredible! They were so nice and went over and above to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. The food was excellent as was the bar service by the hot springs. Thank you to everyone whi helped my husband when he fell there and got him to a clinic for stiches so quickly and stayed with him and brought him back to me, you all are the best!"

"6/11/24: we stayed here for 3 nights. It was our 30th anniversary and wife’s bday. This is an amazing place. The rooms are beautiful. The view of the volcano is stunning! The staff were helpful from the moment we checked in until our checkout. I will return again and hope this review helps others when deciding whether to stay. You can’t go wrong with this hotel."
