"We had a great stay here. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. The hotel was very busy with lots of families on vacation thus the pool was crowded naturally. Breakfast was solid with lot's of options. Staff is very friendly and helpful."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Des Moines - Jordan Creek by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at this property for the first time. Unfortunately, we didn’t get in until late, so we didn’t get as much time to spend here. Typically I don’t do a review but I didn’t want to pass up the chance. If you are debating if you should stay here….I at BOOK IT! This was one of the very best places I have ever stayed. It was a beautiful facility, very clean and well-kept. I left feeling like I can’t wait to visit again! In fact, we decided to stay and extra night, but there were not open room, so we had to move another hotel….and I was sad because this other hotel (newer and more expensive) was horrible. This one set the bar pretty high, so it is no wonder we didn’t like any other one we went to. The only thing I didn’t care for was the pillows. My husband slept great and really thought all was exceptional. Give it a try….I think you will be very pleased! Thanks for a great stay! "
" Wry nice facility with good breakfast and very friendly staff. Cleaning done every other day. Very clean room. Two small issues, very low flows shower head, and no ice machines on premises. Lots nearby in restaurants, convenience store, and shopping "
"It is clean. The furniture is quite new. It is closed to many food and shopping places. The suite I stayed has a compacted well equipped small kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher as well as pots and plates. Very nice hotel for a reasonable price."
