"Customer service was very good especially in the dining area at night and in the morning. The elevators were out of service which could not be helped just an inconvenience. The room was good with the exception of we had a suite and only 2 towels ? Also only 1 coffee pods in the room. Hotel lobby did have plenty of hot coffee. Breakfast was outstanding along with Customer service"

"First room in kitchenette room refrigerator didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Moved us to a different room next door. Air conditioner needs attention. Refrigerator froze our food. (I just turned it down). Toilet seat pinched my leg several times but I improvised. Stay was great. I stayed longer per my grandkids request. They didn’t clean the room the last day but miscommunication was the cause of this. Need a regular size garbage can for kitchenette room."

"They have permanently closed down their pool so we were disappointed that we could not go swim. The room was clean and breakfast was good. They had biscuits and gravy, sasauge, cheesy pepper omelet, cereal, yogurt and pastries."
