"We were impressed with the caring nature of the staff. When we checked in they had us drink cocoa leave tea to assist with the altitude. They were flexible with our activities and were willing to make us a lunch because we were going to miss breakfast. However, our time changed for our activity and were able to eat the breakfast. Delicious fresh fruit, breads, and eggs. The location was a distance from the plaza which was nice due to the quietness. Highly recommend staying and would again. "

"We were surprised when we arrived, an excellent value for this lovely property. Dinner and drinks were wonderful. Hotel provided 2 bottles of water per day which doesn’t seem like a big deal but it really was a much appreciated touch. No a/c however windows open, providing a very nice fresh breeze during the night. Other amenities we enjoyed were access to tv programming in English, variety of shows and news, mini fridge in the room, coffee station and a safe. Terrific value, we couldn’t believe our luck!"

"The Union Hotel was great! The hotel is one block away from San Pedro Market and San Pedro station as well as a 10 mins walk from the Plaza de Armas. Its a great place to be to in Cusco of you prefer to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the City. They also have a cute patio with events most days of the week. A plus is that you can order a car from the airport and back. The rooms are cute and spacious. The beds pretty standard but not over the top. I didn't know I needed a rainfall shower but that was a nice surprise. Anyway stay here! The staff, including Juan, Abelina, and Daniella, are nice and very accommodating whether English or Spanish speaking 💜"

"Very clean, cozy hotel with friendly staff. Delicious healthy breakfast every morning. The hotel is up the hill so the walk was a bit difficult. We like the quiet surrounding away from the San Blas plaza. Many restaurants, cafe and shops near the hotel. We love this hotel! We will definitely stay here again when in Cusco!"
