"We had a wonderful experience staying here. The guys at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful. They even allowed us to check in early, which was great! "This was a lovely property. The staff was excellent and very helpful with ways to acclimate to the altitude. We got great restaurant recommendations and directions around the San Blas area of Cusco. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask."

"This was a wonderful hotel. The breakfast area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! The room was beautiful and very clean. Our only irk was that we got a room with the jetted tub, but the hot water was minimal and the water pressure was minimal so it took very long to fill the tub and by the time it filled, the water was not very warm.
