"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. "Hotel Kantu is located very close to many shopping, cafe and restaurants.......all within walking distance. This is an excellent location 7Km from the Cusco airport. The hotel itself, is a super clean, well established, well maintained and cared for by excellent staff, and yes they also can help you in the English language. The rooms were neat and tidy with excellent bedding, spacious washrooms, ours even had a hot tub. Food: The hotel featured & included an excellent spread for breakfast with enough tables and chairs to relax and enjoy. Also, coffee & hot water available around the clock at no cost. Within 10mins walking distance was the excellent 'MORAY' restaurant, and within about 20mins walking was the 'MAP Cafe' inside the PRE-COLOMBIAN MUSEUM of ART. In between, you'll find many cafes and restaurants. If we are fortunate enough to travel to Cusco again, then this is where we'd stay.....again:) Thank you to all at Hotel Kantu for making us feel at home. Aubrey & Sarangi (Milton, ON Canada)"
